The National Assembly is set to decide whether to vacate the seat of MNA Sheikh Waqas Akram following questions over his eligibility.
According to parliamentary sources, the matter has been referred to the NA Secretariat after reports emerged of potential disqualification grounds. Lawmakers will review the case in light of constitutional provisions and the Election Commission’s findings before making a final decision.
