The State Bank of Pakistan (SBP) has released a special Rs75 commemorative coin marking the victory in “Marka-e-Haq”.
Unveiled on the occasion of Pakistan’s 78th Independence Day, the coin pays tribute to the armed forces’ role in defending the nation’s sovereignty. It features inscriptions and imagery symbolising the operation and Pakistan’s resilience.
The SBP said the coin will be available at all field offices of the bank from this week, though it will not be used for regular circulation.
