PDMA reports this is one of the largest rescue operations in Punjab’s history.
Pakistan Army, Rescue 1122, NDMA, and civil administration are jointly engaged in:
Evacuations with boats and helicopters
Establishing relief camps
Providing food, medicine, and shelter to displaced families

Floods remain critical in Kasur, Bahawalnagar, Okara, Vehari, Lodhran, Pakpattan, Bahawalpur, and Jhang.
Continuous monitoring of river flows is underway, especially in Chenab, Sutlej, and Ravi, where more upstream water releases are expected.
