An Anti-Terrorism Court (ATC) has granted permission to Farhan Ghani to travel abroad for Umrah.
The court allowed him to leave the country after his counsel submitted an application seeking travel permission.
He was earlier booked in a case related to assault on a government official, but was later released.
The ATC clarified that the permission is granted strictly for the purpose of performing Umrah.
