Islamabad – The National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA) has launched a new feature on its Pak-ID mobile application, allowing applicants to track the real-time status of their ID card and other identity-related applications.
According to NADRA, the upgrade is aimed at improving convenience and transparency for citizens, eliminating the need for repeated office visits or calls to service centers. Users can now monitor their applications — from submission to printing and dispatch — directly through the app.
The Pak-ID app, which already enables online CNIC renewal and modification requests, continues to expand digital services under NADRA’s ongoing push for e-governance and citizen facilitation.
