Pakistan has welcomed the United States’ decision to add the Balochistan Liberation Army (BLA) and its suicide squad, the Majeed Brigade, to its list of global terrorist organisations.
In a statement, the Foreign Office said the designation aligns with Pakistan’s long-standing position that these groups are involved in violent attacks against security forces, infrastructure, and civilians, often with external support.
